Question 1

What is Invitara?

Accepted Answer

Invitara is an ultra-premium digital invitation platform that allows you to create exquisite, interactive website experiences for your celebrations. Far beyond a generic static PDF or photo template, Invitara provides a cinematic custom showcase featuring gorgeous animations, integrated RSVPs, digital guestbooks, and secure gifting.

Question 2

How do I share my luxury invitation with guests?

Accepted Answer

Once published, you will receive a unique, bespoke web link. You can share this instantly via WhatsApp, iMessage, Email, or convert it into a beautiful custom QR code to print on physical Save-the-Date stationary. Guests can open your site on any smartphone, tablet, or desktop instantly without installing any apps.

Question 3

Can I add custom background music, videos, or transitions?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Invitara is built to be a deeply immersive multi-sensory experience. You can embed delicate background audio tracks that start gracefully on guest interaction, host cinematic pre-event trailer videos, and design beautiful page parallax transitions that react smoothly to scrolling.

Question 4

How does guest RSVP tracking work?

Accepted Answer

Guests can respond directly through the elegant interactive RSVP card on your page. They can select their attendance status, specify dietary requirements, details on their +1s, and flight/accommodation requirements. These responses are captured instantly and organized inside your dashboard.

Question 5

How does the pay-per-event pricing model work?

Accepted Answer

No subscriptions, no recurring costs. We believe in simple, honest pricing. You pay a one-time fee per event: ₹1,000 for standard elegant designs or ₹2,500 for signature custom layouts. Once paid, your luxury invitation page remains live and active forever, allowing you and your guests to revisit it as a digital keepsake.

Question 6

Can I build and customize my invitation website for free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, indeed! You can play, design, add content, change templates, and preview your custom website completely free. You only pay when you are ready to publish, generate your shareable link, and begin collecting RSVPs from your guests.

Question 7

Are there any limits on the number of guests or traffic?

Accepted Answer

None whatsoever. Your flat rate payment covers unlimited guest views, unlimited RSVP submissions, and unlimited traffic. We will never surprise you with extra fees based on the scale of your celebration.

Question 8

What is the Event Control Center?

Accepted Answer

The Event Control Center is a highly visual, real-time dashboard that displays your complete guest ecosystem. Here you can track total RSVPs (Attending vs. Declined), filter guests by dietary restrictions, manage guest seating priorities, track digital cash gifts, and download raw attendee sheets.

Question 9

Can guests upload their own photos or memories?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Signature tier (₹2,500) features the interactive 'Memory Lane' timeline. Guests can upload high-resolution photos, write congratulatory notes, and share candid memories directly onto your invitation page during or after the celebration, creating a shared interactive album.

Question 10

Is guest and event data secure and private?

Accepted Answer

We treat privacy as a luxury standard. All guest details, RSVPs, and uploaded memories are encrypted and fully private. We never share or sell your guest contact details, nor do we run any commercial third-party tracking or advertising on your elegant pages.

Question 11

Can I connect my own custom domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes! For our Signature layout tier, we can quickly link a completely custom domain (e.g., www.sophiaandethan2026.com) directly to your invitation page, providing a premium, seamless custom brand experience from the address bar downward.

Question 12

Can I export all RSVP data for planners or caterers?

Accepted Answer

Of course. You can download your complete, up-to-the-minute guest RSVP database as a beautifully structured Excel/CSV sheet with a single click. This includes dietary preferences, names, contact numbers, and customized responses for easy sharing with your event planner.
