Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-time purchases
For one-time invitation purchases, refunds are available within 7 days of payment provided:
- The invitation has not been published or shared.
- You contact [email protected] with your order ID.
Refunds are not available for invitations that have been published, shared, or downloaded.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
3. Add-ons
Add-on purchases (custom domain, extra RSVPs, etc.) are non-refundable once activated.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails or is duplicated due to a technical error, contact us with the transaction ID and we will reverse it within 7 business days.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
