1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Invitara, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content.
- Do not use Invitara to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
4. Payments
Paid plans are billed in INR via Razorpay. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice. All payments are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
5. Refunds
Our refund policy is detailed at /refund. In summary, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unpublished invitations.
6. Intellectual property
Invitara templates, branding, and source code are our property. The content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and display it as part of operating the service.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invitara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], India.
